RightFax 9.3 Feature Pack 2 and Office 2007

If you are using Word 2007 fax coversheets on a RightFax 9.3 Feature Pack 2 server please make sure to open the DOC files in Word 2007 and save them as Word 2003 format using Word 2007. They cannot be saved as Native Word 2007 DocX files.
