Something interesting I found out today about the RightFax viewer. When you view faxes normally in FaxUtil - they show up in Black and White so the quality is not as good as it could be. This can be easily fixed by enabling Grayscale in the FaxUtil viewer.
Click on for Before Grayscale
Click on graphic below for After
To change the setting per fax - select TOOLS - Grayscale - 16 Shades.
To permanently change the settings you can edit the registry
